Step1:Cut off the head and tail with scissors. Drain the water after cleaning.
Step2:Add a spoonful of salt and a few drops of oil when the water boils. Pour in the processed beans.
Step3:Boil the water again and cook for 3 minutes.
Step4:Take out the cooked soybean and drain the water. Quickly wash it under the tap for several times until the soybean is completely cool.
Step5:Take out the drained water for standby.
Step6:Peel the garlic and chop it into minced garlic. (it can also be mashed into mud by mixing the nest.)
Step7:Add minced garlic, 2 spoons chili oil, 3 spoons vinegar, 1 spoonful sesame oil, 2 spoonfuls salt, 1 spoonfuls chicken essence and 1 spoonfuls delicious soy sauce to the soy bean and mix them evenly. Refrigerate them in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours to make the soy bean taste better.
Step8:When eating, just take it out and put it on a plate. It's delicious to eat with wine.
