This bread is made for one of my relatives. I can't eat milk, sugar or any coarse food. So this simple little meal bag came out.
Step1:First put the wet material and salt into the inside of the bread machine.

Step7:After waking up, it is divided into about 65g of small dosage. Knead it by hand and rub it into a round shape, then put it into the baking tray.
Step8:Put a bowl of hot water in the oven. Turn on the fermentation function. Ferment for about 40 minutes.
Step9:Ferment to twice the size. Brush with yolk liquid. Preheat the oven 180 degrees.
Step10:Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for twelve or three minutes. Jin cancan's look is not bad. The temperature of the oven depends on people's temper.

Cooking tips:1. The amount of flour and water is not absolute. It depends on the water absorption of the individual flour. It can be made into smooth and delicate dough. 2. The time of dough fermentation depends on room temperature and fermentation temperature. In summer, the temperature should be shorter. Don't overdo it. 3. Finally, I can brush the whole egg liquid.
