Step11:Finished product. Garnish with a little green onion.
Cooking tips:Tofu has a lot of water when bought. It needs to be refrigerated for 2 hours. It's better not to worry about refrigerating for a long time. Tofu slices are dipped with starch and egg liquid to prevent sticking and taste good. No salt. It's Haimi, oyster sauce and soy sauce. So it's not added. Heat it with soup. Tofu tastes better.
