Step1:Break up the egg. Do not separate the yolk and egg white. Break up the egg with a manual beater. Do not beat.
Step2:Add sugar. Beat the egg mixture with a beater at a high speed until it turns white and thick. Turn the beater to a low speed and beat the mixture more finely.
Step3:Add the sifted flour. Draw the top right of the bowl and come out from the top left. Pull up the egg liquid and mix clockwise. While mixing, rotate the bowl until there is no dry powder.
Step4:Put it in a paper cup. It's seven or eight minutes full. Sprinkle sesame seeds on it. Prepare it for oven.
Step5:Bake in the oven. Heat the upper and lower tubes together. 170 ℃. 25 minutes or so. The delicious cake is ready.
Cooking tips:If you don't like it too sweet, you can use only 80g sugar. If you like the crispy surface, you can bake it for 30 minutes. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
