Step1:Wash and chop mustard. Break the eggs in a bowl. Add a little oil to the pot. Stir in the mustard. Add a small bowl of water. Bring to a boil some salt. Slowly pour in the egg mixture. Stir slowly. Then pour in the white porridge (add some warm water if you like). Add a few drops of soy sauce and stir. Then sprinkle some meat floss.
