Instead of white jelly powder, it is better to store the pudding with white powder for 13 days, and not for more than 1 weeks. Use the mixing scraper to help the egg milk liquid drip from the filter screen while filtering. Repeat the filtering for 35 times.
Step7:The last pass is subject to the smooth dripping from the filter. As shown in the picture, the pudding solution is ready. Put it for later use.
Step8:Put cold water in the pot and boil. Pour the pudding liquid into a small bowl. Cover the bowl. Steam for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step9:Out of the pot. Let it cool. Decorate the surface.
