No meat, no joy. I have meat for every meal. I love braised pork, braised pork ribs and braised lion's head. Because we are busy with work, we have more food to eat and less fire. On the day of rest, we can do it by ourselves. We have a special braised pork ribs. The meat is fresh and fragrant. It's sweet in salt. The warmth of cooking together is on the table.
Step1:Wash the spareribs with hot water. Squeeze out the water.
Step2:Prepare seasonings - star anise, cinnamon, coriander, ginger, onion, crystal sugar, garlic clove.
Step3:Heat the oil in the pot. When the oil is warm (the mouth of the pot is hot), fry the ginger for 10 seconds, and then fry the onion together.
Step4:Pour in the ribs and stir fry.
Step5:Stir fry until the meat turns white.
Step6:Stir fry the oil, expose the bones and tighten the meat.
Step7:Add the soy sauce and stir fry it.
Step8:Add water and level with the ribs.
Step9:Add sugar, star anise, cinnamon and scented leaves. Bring to a boil.
Step10:Add cooking wine after boiling. Change to medium low heat. Cover and burn for 40 minutes.
Step11:When it's 20 minutes, add salt and 6 cloves of garlic to continue.
Step12:Take the soup and add some chicken essence. It's so delicious that you can't miss it when you pass by. Just grab it by hand.
Step13:The light in the kitchen is too dark. Fill it out. Prepare some seasonings to accompany it. Take a picture of the cover of the brighter living room.
