A delicious pastry you can't live up to
Step1:Weigh the flour. First put the yeast powder into a bowl of clear water and stir it with a spoon. 400g flour can be used to make two normal sized pastries.

Step9:After rolling, close up and hold tightly and stretch to both ends slightly. Then turn two rolls from both ends opposite each other.

Step11:Sprinkle some white sesame seeds on the panel. Put on the pancake. Use a rolling pin to roll it thin. Then the sesame will stick on the pancake. The same is true on the other side. The thickness of the pancake is about 23cm.
