When I grow up, I miss the taste of the past more. Those serious and simple food making techniques, as well as the growing materials from that land, such as mustard rice, radish bag, dried bamboo shoots, and sausage, are all my love. Today, I'd like to share the practice of radish bag with you.
Step1:Wash radis
Step2:Peel the radish
Step3:Use a wire planer to make silk
Step4:Cut pork leg into small pieces
Step5:Dry mushrooms are soaked and diced
Step6:Grab a handful of shrimps to prepare
Step7:Hot pot, lard, garlic and stir fry
Step8:Stir fry the pork to make it fragrant. Then put down the dried mushrooms and shrimps and stir fry them together
Step9:Put the shredded radish into the pot and stir fry until it's soft
Step10:Add soy sauce, salt and monosodium glutamate, stir fry them and put them on a plate
Step11:Slowly add water to glutinous rice flour and make dough
Step12:Round the dough and then flatten it. Pack in the filling
Step13:Glutinous rice is sticky. It can be greased to prevent sticking. Put the wrapped radish bag on the mustard leaf
Step14:Put it in the steamer. Steam for 20 minutes.
Cooking tips:1. It is suggested that glutinous rice dough can be added with glutinous rice flour to form a dough; 2. Try to make the skin thin and filling more tasty; 3. Don't pay too much attention to the shape when wrapping. Just wrap the filling. It will form naturally when steaming. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
