Step2:Wash, peel and slice sweet potatoes and purple potatoes. Steam in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes. If the cut is thick, steam for a while. Wait until the pot can be rolled into taro mud.
Step3:The steamed sweet potato and purple potato are respectively put into a bowl and pressed into a mud shape. Pour in the cassava powder. Knead into a ball. Remember to use cassava powder. I chose corn starch because I didn't buy cassava powder. So the shape and taste of taro are affected.

Step7:Wash in a pressure cooker. Put in the red beans, lotus seeds and job's tears just washed. Add in the old ice sugar and simmer for 30 minutes.
Step8:Put the red bean, lotus seed and job's tears into the bowl. Add the two-color taro balls made in the earlier stage. Done.
