Step1:Put glutinous rice in a bowl and soak it in clear water overnigh
Step2:Wash and scrape the lotus root. Cut a cover at the larger end. No more than 2cm thick
Step3:Put the soaked rice into the lotus root hole. Pat at the edge of the plug. Use chopsticks to help poke it in. Cover it with the cut lotus root cap after filling it up. Insert the toothpick tightly to ensure that the lotus root node and the lotus root cap are connected as a whole
Step4:Put the stuffed lotus root into the electric rice pot. Add the lollipop, brown sugar, jujube and lotus root to cook together. The water must not exceed the lotus root
Step5:Two hours later, take out the lotus root, cool it and slice it. Put it on a plate and pour honey on it. If you like osmanthus, it's a little bit scary and dry
