Step1:Wash eggplant and pepper.
Step2:The eggplant is cut but not cut off. In a non stick pan, fry slowly over low heat until cooked.

Step5:The pepper is slow fried to ripe.
Step6:This is the hot pepper to be fried.
Step7:Put the fried eggplant on the pepper. Put in the garlic and onion.
Step8:Pour in the bean paste and soybean paste mixed with water. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
Step9:Eggplant sauce finished.
Step10:With some green onions and vegetables. Perfect.
