There's an episode on the tip of the tongue that recommends stewing water bamboo with shrimps. The tender water bamboo is adorable and fat. Wrapping the dried shrimp seeds with a strong taste of river fresh makes people stir up. This is a typical dish for eating in the south of the Yangtze River. There is no shrimp in the market. We can only use prawns instead.
Step1:Cut the prawn and turn its head and feet. Pick out the prawn line. Clean it. Stir the seasoning wine and soy sauce evenly. Refrigerate and marinate for 2 hour
Step2:Cut the water bamboo into small pieces for use
Step3:Cut garlic and pepper into small pieces for use
Step4:Put cooking oil in the pan. Heat it over high heat. Pour half of the garlic into the pan and stir fry. Add in the water bamboo and stir fry for 5 minutes. Ladle into the bowl for later use
Step5:Put the cooking oil in the wok. Pour in the remaining garlic and all the hot peppers and stir fry until fragrant. Add in the shrimps and stir fry until red
Step6:Pour in water bamboo and shrimps and stir fry for 5 minutes. Add soy sauce. Add some water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Heat up the sauce and start the pot.
Cooking tips:Water bamboo is also called water bamboo shoot. There are more water. When you pour it into the water and boil it with shrimp again, you can stir fry it for a few minutes. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
