Laba Festival is on January 27 this year. There are many customs in Laba Festival. It is mainly to celebrate harvest, thank ancestors and gods. Our Laba family didn't pay much attention to making Laba porridge, because my little aunt used to live in shangtianzhu, Hangzhou. Every year, in the temple of Laba shangtianzhu, tens of thousands of free eight treasure porridge will be made for nearby villagers and pilgrims. Later, the little aunt moved down the mountain and made it by herself. I want to inherit this tradition.
Step1:Do not soak in advance. Clean all materials directly. I've cooked it before soaking. It's not waxy. This is everything. It's rare to find 25 kinds of porridge materials at home.
Step2:This is all six kinds of rice. The most important part of Babao porridge is glutinous rice, followed by black glutinous rice. Black glutinous rice is the main component of the black and red color of Babao porridge.
Step3:Here are all the beans. There are 10 kinds. The most important beans are red beans and white kidney beans.
Step4:This is all the dried fruits. There are nine kinds. Dried fruits are the most indispensable early bearing fruits, namely red dates, peanuts, osmanthus and lotus seeds.
Step5:All the materials are cleaned. Cut the dates. Add four soup bowls of water. The porridge made with pressure cooker is very fragrant. The rice is tight and sticky. Start the fire until it's loud. Immediately turn the minimum core to burn for another 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer until it is natural to open the lid of the autoclave. Open the lid and add the black sugar and white sugar. Stir well. The porridge made of this material proportion is sweet, sweet and glutinous, red and bright in color and invincible in nutrition.
Step6:A complete Encyclopedia of bean and cereal seeds. Later, pine nuts, wild rice, steamed brown rice, amaranth seeds, peeled Red Peas, peeled green peas and peeled yellow peas were added. How many can you recognize?
