Step1:Black olive sauce - in a small pot, add olive oil, garlic and fillet. Cook the garlic over low heat until soft.
Step2:Add the black olive and sour horn and stir gently. Remove from the heat.
Step3:Use a hand-held mixer to beat the material into small particles.
Step4:Add red wine vinegar, parsley, salt and black pepper.
Step5:Mutton chops - in a medium heat frying pan, add olive oil. Fry in the lamb rack until the four sides are colored. Turn it into a preheated 180 ˚ C oven and bake for about 78 minutes. Take it out and leave it in the room for 8 minutes.
Step6:Slice the lamb chop. Serve with black olive sauce and salad.
