Bazhen Haihuang sauce is to slowly add raw materials such as yaozhu, shrimp, soybean, garlic, shallot, chili, plum and so on to cook according to the order of materials. It is suitable for stewing meat, vegetables, seafood and so on to enhance the freshness of the ingredients.
