Step1:Cut off the sharp corners of the prawn's feet and head. Cut the back with a knife.
Step2:Put the oil in the hot pot. Stir fry the garlic, ginger and pepper. Then stir fry the prawn. Add the soy sauce and a little sugar. Add some water and boil.
Step3:Season with salt before you start. Put in the scallion. Stir in the wok and dish.
Cooking tips:Add some sugar to make it fresh. I usually don't put MSG or chicken essence. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
