Step1:Deal with shrimps. Go to the shrimp line and wash it.
Step2:Put ginger, cooking wine and a small amount of salt into the processed shrimp and marinate for half an hour.

Step4:Sprinkle a proper amount of starch and egg white in the shrimp mud and start kneading until the shrimp balls are strong. Without this step, the shrimp balls don't have enough Q shells.
Step5:Squeeze the shrimp mud in the tiger's mouth with your right hand. Slide the shrimp mud into the boiling water pot with your left hand. A delicious shrimp ball is OK.
Cooking tips:My shrimp balls are cooked and frozen in the refrigerator for my baby's boiled noodles. So the taste is light and there is a little fishy smell. If adults can eat more materials to remove fishy smell, it might be better. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
