Step1:Wash the raw chicken gizzards. Soak them in rice wine for two or three hours (even one night) and cover them with plastic wrap. Then wash them with water and boil them in high heat. Wash them with cold water for standby. (soaking in yellow is to remove the strange taste of chicken offal. This recipe is basically the same as my marinated egg recipe.).
Step2:Prepare all kinds of seasonings. Put in the prepared chicken gizzard. Add 300ml water (it can be higher than the chicken gizzard). Boil over high heat. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Then open the lid and heat for ten minutes. (it's not like stewed eggs need seasoning, because meat needs more flavor. But if you don't like heavy flavor, you can fish it out.
Step3:Then it's done. It's really super simple.
