Step1:Clean chicken gizzards with salt. Cut flowers. Soak black fungus and mushroom. Tear into small pieces.
Step2:Marinate Chicken Gizzard with cooking wine, 5g starch, 1g salt and sugar, ginger slices and 1 tbsp light soy sauce for 10 minutes. Heat up 5% of the oil in a hot pot. Stir fry chicken gizzards until discolored. Don't turn off the fire.
Step3:Stir fry the remaining oil of chicken gizzard for 1 minute. Stir fry the mushroom with carrot for a while. Then return the chicken gizzard to the pot. Add 3 or 4 tbsp hot water and cover.
Step4:2 minutes later, open the lid and add the green pepper and stir fry until it is broken. Sprinkle 2 g salt and sugar each before starting the pot. 1 tbsp light soy sauce.
