The braised winter melon in this recipe is not worth much. It tastes good. And it's very simple. There's no requirement for knife skill. Recorded on August 22, 2017.
Step1:Sliced wax gourd. Both thick and thin. All the other ingredients except cooking oil are put in a saucer and made into a sauce.
Step2:The pot is hot. Put the cooking oil on it. When the oil froth, you can put the wax gourd slices on it.
Step3:Stir fry evenly. Wax gourd is all stained with oil.
Step4:Pour in the sauce. Stir.
Step5:Stir fry the juice. Pour in a small bowl of hot water.
