It's a typical Beijing home-made dish. Many Chinese fast food restaurants or convenience stores sell it outside. But the garlic is too strong. I have to make it myself.
Step1:Slice pork tenderloin. Add 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp soy sauce and a little starch. Mix well. Marinate for 15 minutes.
Step2:Cut the lentils. Foam the garlic. Cut a little green onion into the scallion.
Step3:The preparation is over. It's done. Put a little oil in the pot. Stir fry chopped onion and garlic until fragrant.
Step4:Put in the marinated meat. Stir fry until it's a little white. Put in the lentils.
Step5:Add a little soy sauce. Stir quickly over high heat for five minutes. Add water until the lentils are fresh. Add a little soy sauce and mix well.
Step6:Break up the fresh hand roll and spread it evenly on the lentils.
Step7:Cover the pot. Turn the fire to the water switch and turn it down. About 15 minutes.
Step8:Open the lid. Mix the noodles with the lentils below. Taste the saltiness and whether the noodles are well done. Add salt when it's light (usually not needed). Stir fry it for a while if it's not cooked. Pay attention not to paste the pot.
Cooking tips:1. Select the finer ones and the coarser ones should not be cooked. 2. The amount of water is better than that of lentils. Too little batter. Too much noodles are too soft. 3. Try not to open the lid during the process. Pay attention to the taste. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
