Two kids love it. There's no oven at home. I try to fry it with electric pancakes. Fragrant, crisp, crispy, tender, very good.
Step1:Defrost the yellow croaker, remove the gills, internal organs, clean the flower cutting knife, marinate for more than 1 hour with a little salt, cooking wine and oyster sauce.

Step6:Turn the fish over twice. Fry for another three minutes. Set the plate.
