The most important thing in Spain is ham. It's sold everywhere. Last week, I went to the supermarket and bought two boxes of hams. I didn't eat raw ones. I wanted to try them for Chinese food. I fried them for the first time. As a result, the meat was hard and salty. It's hard to swallow. So I thought of cooking them. The result was really good. After cooking, not only was it not so hard and salty, but the rice also increased the taste. If you don't try, you will never know that How delicious it is.
Step1:After rice washing, add some water, add ham and stir it a little. Cook it as usual.
Step2:Cut ginger and garlic. Dice green peppers. Put them on the plate with corn.

Step7:Add some oil to the pot and heat it up. Add rice and stir fry until the rice is all dispersed. Sprinkle some pepper powder or black pepper powder and stir fry until it is ready.
Step8:Add some oil into the pot. Stir fry ginger, garlic, corn and green pepper for about one minute. Add lettuce and stir for a while.
Step9:Put the rice into the pot. Add some salt and stir evenly. Then add the egg white and stir evenly to get out of the pot. (note when adding salt here. The salt of ham and rice is almost the same. Just add a little salt.
Step10:There's no soy sauce or anything. The color is so beautiful. If you have onion, you can sprinkle some onion at last. I don't have any here, so I didn't add it.
Step11:Before opening, add some appetizers → Sichuan pickles. Another clear soup will give you a good meal.
Cooking tips:1. There's no ham for sausages. 2. Vegetable dishes can be matched according to your own preferences, such as green beans, carrots, pepper...... 3. If you like spicy and heavy taste, you can add one or two spoonfuls of bean paste before stir frying ginger and garlic. Stir fry the red oil and continue to do as above. 4. Fried rice with pickles can add a lot of flavor. Without Sichuan pickles, you can also make simple and quick sweet and sour pickles to match.
