The cowpea is a seasonal dish in summer. The long pods bear the mark of the exuberant vitality of summer. The dishes are delicious. But the name is probably too hard to remember. Many people call it long beans. Or simply beans. Cowpea is very easy-going. It can taste with almost any food you like. For example, stewed potato, braised eggplant, fried minced meat. Step1:Soak mushrooms in warm water first.
Step2:Fresh shrimp puree. There is a shrimp line on the belly and back of the shrimp. Be careful to pick it out.
Step3:Dice the mushrooms with good bubbles.
Step4:Put the shrimp puree, diced mushrooms and minced meat into a mixing bowl. Add the soy sauce, starch and salt. Stir until it is thick. Step5:Cut off both ends of the cleaned cowpea.
Step6:Blanch in boiling water for about 1 minute. Cowpea boiling time should not be too long or too short. 1 minute or so is suitable. Mainly for the convenience of knitting garland. There will be further cooking later, so don't worry about not cooked.
Step7:When the cowpea is kept crisp by cold water, it will be more flexible. The cowpea ring will not be broken easily.
Step8:Make a little braid. Believe there is a little girl at home. This step can be completed easily.
Step9:Cut off the excess.
Step10:Make all the garlands in turn.
Step11:Take some meat paste and put it into the garland.
Step12:Heat the pan with less oil and fry for about 3 minutes.
Step13:Turn over and fry until both sides are colored.
Step14:Add about 80ml of water, cover the pot and simmer for 4 minutes. Different pots have different thermal conductivity. You can take a bite of cowpea first after making it. Have a look at it. If it's not cooked, continue to simmer for a while. Make sure the cowpeas are fully cooked.
Step15:Put it on a plate. Pour the soup in the pot. It's ready to eat
