Step1:Wash and slice garlic and ginger.
Step2:Sliced scallion.
Step3:Sliced onions.
Step4:Cut tofu into pieces.
Step5:Sliced sausage.
Step6:Sliced pork.
Step7:Korean cabbage slices.
Step8:Heat the oil. Stir fry the garlic and ginger in the pan. Stir fry the streaky pork until it changes color.
Step9:Add in the onion and fry until it's shiny. Add in the cabbage and stir well.
Step10:Add two spoonfuls of Korean chili sauce. Stir well. Add enough water.
Step11:Put in the potatoes and tofu. Cover the pot. Cook over high heat.
Step12:After boiling, add some monosodium glutamate and salt, and cook for 5 minutes under low heat. Add the scallion to the pot.
