Step6:Heat 70% oil. Fry until golden on both side
Step7:Drain the oil out of the pot. The delicate ones can be baked on the edge of the pot for a while. The crispy scallion oil cake can be eaten
Cooking tips:Warm water and noodles, oil temperature control well, not more than 70% of the dishes are delicious.
