Step1:First melt the yeast in warm water. Then pour in sugar and flour 200g and stir them together. Change hands and rub them into dough.
Step2:Close the lid. Ferment the dough to twice the size; 40 minutes in summer and longer in winter.
Step3:Put the dough in the hole with your fingers. It's soft
Step4:Spread the remaining flour and knead the dough until it is smooth. Cut it without bubbles.
Step5:Steam over high heat for 15 minutes. This recipe is just right. The steamed bread out of the pot is soft.
