In autumn and winter, when it comes to toning, we specially put yam and durian together to make a Durian yam cake. Mid Autumn Festival can replace moon cakes. And fried chicken is easy to operate. No oven can do it. The formula can produce 6 durian yam cakes of 60g.
Step1:Prepare durian pulp, yam and butter bloc
Step2:Remove the shell and core of durian and put it into the blender to beat the mud for standby
Step3:After the butter is softened at room temperature, whisk it with an electric eggbeater. Add the durian puree and stir it to make durian paste. Divide the durian paste into 25g small parts, round them one by one and freeze for 1 hour
Step4:Wash, peel and cut yams into small pieces. Steam in a steamer for 30 minutes after boiling over high heat until they are soft and rotten
Step5:Mash yams into mud with a rolling pin. Sift them into small parts of 35g, and then round them one by one
Step6:Wrap in the frozen durian sauce. Wrap in a cylindrical shape

Cooking tips:When using the mold, if it's too sticky, you can brush some water in the mold to cook delicious food.
