Chicken made by chance when studying abroad. It tastes very good. It's easy to make. It's suitable for all ages. It can eat the sweet sauce and unique sauce flavor in the smooth chicken. It is not spicy but not salty.
Step1:Cut the chicken leg into small pieces. Add a small amount of cooking wine and soy sauce and marinate for a few minutes.
Step2:Heat the oil in a hot pot. Stir fry the garlic slices until fragrant. Add the marinated chicken pieces and stir fry until broken. Add a small amount of aging.
Step3:Use a small bowl and add two chopsticks to make sauce. A small amount of cooking wine, a small amount of raw soy sauce and a little bit of Haitian bibimbap sauce (especially the oil of bibimbap sauce). Mix into sauce. Add in the pan and fry until the chicken leg is cooked.
Step4:Add salt of your own taste. Just put it on the plate out of the pot.
Cooking tips:The sauce should not be too much, or it will taste sweet. There's no limit to the use of Haitian sauce. I only bought Haitian in the British supermarket. Specifically, I still use the soup of Biblical sauce. Ps- don't make the chicken too long. Otherwise it will be a little firewood. Chicken leg meat is better than chicken breast meat. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
