The salty fried dough sticks with the sweet loofah are very delicious. I can have two more bowls of rice. Mom doesn't have to worry about me eating less anymore.
Step1:Cut the dough sticks. Put them in a bowl for later use.
Step2:Clean ginger, cut into shreds; clean scallion, cut scallion; peel garlic, pat it flat, slice it; put it together in a dish for use.
Step3:Skin the loofah, wash it, cut it with a hob and put it in a bowl for later use.
Step4:Heat up the oil in the pot. Pour the garlic, scallion and ginger into the pot together. Stir and stir to produce the fragrance.
Step5:Pour the loofah into the pot. Stir for a moment.
Step6:Stir fry the loofah until it's soft and out of water. Pour the oil into the pot and stir evenly.
Step7:When the loofah is cooked, season it with salt and mix gently to make it out of the pot.
Step8:Bowl.
Cooking tips:The fried dough sticks themselves are quite salty. Don't add too much salt. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
