Step5:Put the rice, diced mushrooms and marinated shredded meat into the preheated smoldering pot. Add 300g boiling water (the water must be boiled). Stir it evenly with chopsticks. Cover the lid and shake it. Then leave it alone. Stew for more than 3 hours.
Step6:This is just three hours of congee. The soup is thick and fragrant. It can be seasoned with a little salt.
Step7:Decorate with a little coriander or shallot.
Step8:A bowl. It's warm to my heart.
Cooking tips:The pickled ginger I cut is silk. For the convenience of picking it out, because my girl doesn't like ginger. If you like ginger, you can directly chop it into pieces to taste better. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
