Step4:Ingredients: two Argentine red shrimps, one piece of butter, two cloves of garlic, one piece of rosemary, a little pepper (white pepper and black pepper are OK, I use white black and green). Two spoons of white wine.
Step5:This kind of shrimp is very tender. After natural thawing, use scissors to open the back. Remove the mud and feet. Clean it. Mash the garlic.
Step6:Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.
Step7:Keep the garlic on the low heat and stir fry it to make it fragrant.
Step8:Keep the heat low. Fry the red shrimp on one side for two minutes.
Step9:Turn over and sprinkle with pepper, rosemary and a little salt. Fry for another two minutes.
Step10:Cook in white wine. Heat for half a minute.
Step11:Out of the pot. Pour the remaining butter and mashed garlic on the shrimp.
