Step4:Peel, cut and steam the pumpkins. I use two kinds of pumpkins. The colors are different. Steam and mash into pumpkin paste.
Step5:Mix the glutinous rice flour, corn starch and white sugar. Pour in pumpkin puree. Mix well. Because the filling is sweet. You can add less sugar here.
Step6:And into a smooth pumpkin glutinous rice dough. This time I use a light pumpkin color. So the color of the glutinous rice dough is also light. But after steaming, the color will deepen.
Step7:Knead the glutinous rice balls into strips.
Step8:Cut into some small dosage forms of the same amount. About 40 grams each.
Step9:Round up the small dosage. At the same time, divide the chestnut stuffing. Round up. About 20 grams each.
Step10:Press the glutinous rice ball in your hand. Turn the edge to make a bowl. Wrap the chestnut stuffing ball in.
Step11:After wrapping the stuffing, knead it.
Step12:All of them should be wrapped well. When the weather is dry, pay attention to cover with fresh-keeping film to prevent drying.
Step13:Then use the scraping panel to print the lines on the surface of the pumpkin. Lightly press the top. Insert the raisins.
Step14:Cut the baking paper into small squares and put it under the pumpkin pie. Put it into the steamer and steam for 15 minutes.
