Step1:Clean the fresh squid. Peel off the gray film.
Step2:Squid must be cut into sections. Squid cross cut flowers. Cut into small pieces.

Cooking tips:1. Don't cut flowers too hard, or you will cut squid. 2. Don't fry too long. Otherwise, the taste of fresh squid is not good. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
