A white gourd soup. A braised white gourd
Step1:Wax gourd soup method-1. Slice the wax gourd. Wash the sea rice. Cut the onion, garlic, dried pepper and coriander for standby. 2. Add oil in the pot. Stir fry shallot, garlic, dried pepper. 3. Add in the sea rice. Stir fry a little. Then add in the wax gourd slices and stir fry for a while. 4. Add water or high soup. Cook the soup with low heat. Add some salt monosodium glutamate and cook until the wax gourd is transparent and soft. 5. Put some chives and coriander on the plate when leaving the pot.
Step2:Stewed winter melon in brown sauce - 1. Cut the winter melon into pieces, scallion and dried peppers for standby. 2. put soy sauce, oil consumption, soy sauce and proper amount of sugar in small bowl (the amount of ingredients on the table is enough) and mix well. 3. Add oil in the pot. Stir fry the chives and dried peppers. Add in the wax gourd and fry for a while. 4. Add the stewed white gourd with stewed black sauce and some water. When the white gourd is about to ripen, add a little salt and monosodium glutamate. The pot will come out with a little juice. 5. Dish and sprinkle with scallion and coriander.
Cooking tips:It's better to use scallions for sauteed scallions. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
