Step1:Cut the chicken into pieces and blanch it in the water with pepper. Skim off the froth and drain.
Step2:Potatoes, water bamboo shoots and carrots are cut into hobs respectively.
Step3:Wash and cut the onion. Wash and cut the green pepper. Wash and cut the onion into sections. Wash and slice the ginger.
