There is a very special seasoning in Jiangsu and Zhejiang. It's fermented with shrimp and crab. It's called shrimp oil sauce. It's similar to fish sauce commonly used in Guangdong and Fujian. Step5:Immerse the cooled hooves and arms in the marinade. Soak the hooves and arms for 2 days, and then thoroughly taste them. Then cut them and eat them.
Cooking tips:You can add some salt in summer. You can taste the saltiness of the soup. If it's salty, you don't need to put salt any more; you have skills in making delicious dishes.
