Step1:Wash and cut the chicken breast. Marinate the chicken breast with onion, ginger and garlic cooking wine, salt and cumin powder for 10 minutes.
Step2:Mix the carrots in the chicken breast. Marinate together for ten minutes.
Step3:Add cold water to the bottom. Put the marinated chicken breast on the steamer.
Step4:Steam for 20 minutes, then power off. Keep simmering for a few minutes.
