It's safer to do it at home. I added medlar and raisin. It's actually sweet.
Step1:Soybeans, beancurd and beancurd should be soaked in advance (time is too tight and no beancurd is needed), ginger and garlic should be cut, and ice sugar should be prepare
Step2:After boiling water for two minutes, the pig's feet are foamed and fished out for standby. (when buying pig's feet, let the stall owner cut them into small pieces
Step3:Heat the wok, put in the oil, add the ginger slices, put in the pig's feet, stir fry slightly.
Step4:Add wine, raw soy sauce, iced sugar and pickled beancurd. Stir fry until colored. Melt the iced sugar and collect the juice.
Step5:Add soybeans, pig's foot beancurd, wolfberry and Raisin in the pressure cooker in turn. (if you add some American ginseng, you don't need to add it.) add water without any material. Press for 40 minutes (please adjust the time according to the size and material of your pressure cooker
Step6:Out of the pot. Taste the salt before out of the pot, and salt can be adjusted.
Cooking tips:The beancurd can be cut into small pieces and then soaked. It can save time. Pig's feet can't be cut well by themselves. It's a skill to let the stall owner cut them into small pieces in advance for cooking.
