Braised prawns. This is my favorite prawns. You can peel two prawns and have a whole bowl of rice. It's so fresh that you can't help swallowing even the shells.

Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Pick out the shrimp lin

  2. Step2:Cut the back of the shrimp

  3. Step3:Marinate shrimps in cooking oil, soy sauce and cooking wine for 1 hour

  4. Step4:Sliced ginger, chopped garlic and chopped scallion for later use

  5. Step5:Cooking oil in a wok. Add ice sugar and cook over low heat. Turn to high heat. Add ginger, onion, garlic and stir fry
