Braised prawns. This is my favorite prawns. You can peel two prawns and have a whole bowl of rice. It's so fresh that you can't help swallowing even the shells.
Step1:Pick out the shrimp lin
Step2:Cut the back of the shrimp
Step3:Marinate shrimps in cooking oil, soy sauce and cooking wine for 1 hour
Step4:Sliced ginger, chopped garlic and chopped scallion for later use
Step5:Cooking oil in a wok. Add ice sugar and cook over low heat. Turn to high heat. Add ginger, onion, garlic and stir fry
Step6:Add marinated prawns. Stir fry for 5 to 2 sides. Turn to low heat. Add some water and tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Finally turn the fire to collect the juice.
