Step1:Prepare a catty of beef. Cut it into large pieces. Because the beef will shrink after stewing. So cut it larger. Soak in cold water for an hour. Let the blood bubble out.

Step7:About half an hour or so. Collect the juice on the fire. Don't collect it too dry. The soup is delicious with rice.
Step8:The finished product. The sauce is full of flavor. Good food in winter.
