Douban sauce is marinated by my mother. Cabbage is planted by my family. So it's a real green food.
Step1:First soak the black fungus in warm water. Wash the cabbage. Chop garlic and ginger.
Step2:Pour in the canola oil in the pot. When the oil is 80% hot, add some bean paste and stir fry until fragrant.
Step3:Then stir fry the cleaned fungus in the pot. Add the chopped ginger and garlic. When the fried fungus crackles in the pot, add the cabbage moss and stir fry.
Step4:Before leaving the pot, add salt and chicken essence, and chopped garlic.
Cooking tips:Because there are children in my family, I only put a small amount of bean paste. I don't like to put too much seasoning in cooking. If I put too much seasoning, not only the heat is high, but also the taste of the dish itself is lost. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
