Spicy cabbage is a kind of food that has been passed down from generation to generation. It is indispensable for Korean families to eat spicy cabbage, whether it's a simple meal or a good wine. The pickled hot cabbage is eaten directly. It's hot, crisp, sour and sweet. It's crisp and tasty. It's very delicious. I prefer stir fried rice with hot cabbage and stir fried meat with hot cabbage. Cooking Steps

  3. Step3:Mix the glutinous rice flour with 10 times of clear water. Heat it over a small heat and keep stirring until it is thick. Leave the heat off. Mix the chili sauce, sugar, salt and taste into it first, and then mix all the remaining ingredients together.

  4. Step4:Spread the sauce evenly on each cabbage leaf (wear disposable gloves, or it will be hot). Put it in a container that can store kimchi (preferably a Lok Kou box). Refrigerate it and marinate it for 20 days before eating.

  5. Step5:Pickled hot cabbage can be directly cut into sections to serve as a small dish. It can also be made into hot cabbage fried rice, hot cabbage stone pot bibimbap and shredded fried meat. That's quite a meal.
