It's one of my favorite cakes. It's attracted by its simplicity and delicacy.
Step1:Egg yolk protein separation. Then break up the egg yolk. Add sugar powder.
Step2:Add salad oil and water and milk. Continue to mix well.
Step3:Add low powder. Don't circle it when mixing, so as to avoid stringing.
Step4:Add the protein to the lemon juice. Whisk it with the electric eggbeater at high speed. Whisk the egg white until there is a fine grain. Pick up the egg beater. The egg beater will show a small upright sharp corner. Finish the whisking.
Step5:Add the beaten egg yolk to the egg white. Don't circle it. Mix it evenly. The technique should be light.
Step6:Pour the batter into the mould. Put the mould into the preheating oven. Bake the middle and lower layers at 140 ℃ for 45 minutes.
Step7:Done.
