Step1:Egg yolk separation. Both bowls should be free of water and oil.
Step2:Add sugar to the yolk. Beat. Melt the sugar. Add milk. Stir in cooking oil. Then put in low gluten flour and baking powder. Make egg yolk paste.
Step3:Beat the protein with a blender. Add sugar three times. The protein appears thick bubbles. Add more delicate protein. Finally beat into a wet foam and add the remaining sugar. Then beat it into dry foam. It's OK to lift the mixer with an upright triangle. The amount of sugar added to the yolk is 30g. The rest are added to the protein
Step4:Put a third of the beaten protein in the yolk paste. Mix well with silica gel knife. Add another third. and so on. Until fully mixed. Do not circle. Mix it up and down.
Step5:Pour the batter into the mold. The air bubbles came out. Preheat the oven for ten minutes and 150 degrees. Put it in the middle and lower layers. Bake for 60 minutes.
Step6:Shake the mold twice after it is out of the furnace. Back off now. After cooling, demoulding can be done.
