I haven't eaten this dish before. I was once taught this dish by a friend of the head chef of a hotel who came to eat at home. I was surprised after tasting it. It has become my specialty since then. Everyone has to like it.

Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:1. First peel the lotus root and cut it into pieces as shown in the figure. Then add water to the pot and boil it. Put the cut lotus root into boiling water for 5 minutes. 2. Take out the boiled lotus root for use. Heat domestic oil. Put in the prepared scallion, pepper, dried chili and garlic. After the scallion is burnt and pasted, pour the oil on the lotus root. 3. Add some chicken essence with oyster sauce and salt. Add more vinegar. 4. Mix well and put into a plate. Lotus root will have sweet taste after blanching. It tastes crisp, sour and sweet.
