Today, I went to the supermarket to buy some fresh shrimps. There was just a little meat filling left in the fridge. I made their favorite shrimps dumplings and eggs for the children. Each shrimps dumpling had a fat shrimps. The children had a good time and enjoyed themselves.
Step1:Mix the flour with a little salt. Add some boiling water and stir it into cotton floss. Knead it into a smooth dough. Wake up for 20 minutes.
Step2:Prepare a bowl of meat. Add cooking wine, oyster sauce, egg, soy sauce, salt, chicken powder, meat filling seasoning and sesame oil to the minced meat. Use chopsticks to stir clockwise.)

Step10:Take a dumpling skin. Put some stuffing in the middle. Press it.
Step11:Put a marinated shrimp on the meat.
Step12:Fold the dumpling skin in half. Squeeze the middle part tightly. A shrimp dumpling is ready.

Step14:Put the cold oil into the shrimp dumplings. Open fire. Fry slowly until the bottom of the shrimp dumplings is a little burnt.
Step15:Pour in the right amount of cold water. (not too much cold water. Not too little. It's OK without the bottom of shrimp dumpling.)
Step16:Close the lid. Continue to dry the water with the fire.
Step17:Put two eggs into a bowl. Add a little salt and stir well. (two eggs are used in the bowl in the picture. Actually, I used six eggs to make this shrimp dumpling today. There are many people in my family. I made three pots. Each pot used two eggs.)
Step18:Pour the egg liquid evenly on the shrimp dumpling through the spoon. There is no spoon. Pour the egg directly into the pot
