Sweet and delicious for the new year
Step1:Wash glutinous rice. Soak in cold water for 3 hours. Steam for 30 minutes. Steam and serve.
Step2:Add some fat pig oil and sugar. Mix well while hot. Sweetness is added according to one's preference.
Step3:Prepare a small bowl. First put a layer of oil on the bottom of the bowl, and then spread the preserved fruit silk you like.
Step4:Spread a layer of glutinous rice about 1cm thick along the shape of the bowl. Press and flatten.
Step5:Scoop in a small piece of homemade red bean paste with a small spoon (refer to the previously published recipe for the method of red bean paste). Fill the concave place with bean paste and press tightly.
Step6:Then spread a layer of glutinous rice about 1cm thick. Flatten and press. Be sure to press hard. Otherwise it will not form well
Step7:Turn it upside down on the plate. I didn't eat it right away, so I put it on the plastic wrap
Step8:Demoulding If you can't pour it out, use a knife to cut a circle along the edge of the bowl.
Step9:If you eat it right away, you can steam it directly. Or wrap it with plastic wrap. Put it in the fridge. Take out the new year's Eve meal
