Step1:Cut the lemon in half.
Step2:Take lemon juice and set aside.
Step3:Honey pickled lemon. Dice for later use. (honey pickled lemon can be bought and sold on the market. You can also make it yourself. See Tips 1 for the way to make it.)
Step4:[lemon pound cake] soften the butter to a soft degree that can be pressed easily. Whisk at medium and high speed until the color becomes lighter and the volume increases. Add sugar in 2 times. Stir well and add again.
Step5:Break up the egg. Recover the room temperature in advance. Add the butter into the egg liquid 34 times. Wait until the egg liquid is completely absorbed before adding the next time.
Step6:Whisk until the egg is completely absorbed. (see tip 2 at the beginning for oil-water separation
Step7:Mix low gluten flour and baking powder. Mix well.
Step8:In the butter, sift in the low gluten flour and baking powder. Stir until there is no dry powder.
Step9:Add honey pickled lemon cubes and lemon juice to the batter.
Step10:Mix the batter evenly without over stirring.
Step11:Put baking paper in the pound cake mould (or spread it with butter, spread a layer of flour, and shake off the excess flour to prevent sticking). Put the batter in. You can make the batter concave in the middle and convex at both ends. Put it into the preheated oven of 170 degrees. Bake in the middle for about 43 minutes. Insert a bamboo stick. If it is clean, the cake will be baked.
Step12:[sugar wine water] sugar powder, lemon juice, drinking water and rum.
Step13:Take out the pound cake and brush it with sugar and wine while it's hot.
Step14:After cooling, it shall be sealed with fresh-keeping bag / film and refrigerated overnight.
Step15:[frosting] add lemon juice to the sugar powder and mix well.
Step16:Put the icing in the flower mounting bag. Cut a small mouth and squeeze it on the pound cake. Decorate it with lemon stained with honey.
